Premier recently installed a new heat pump. The crew did a great job. Melvin was professional, well-informed, personable and answered all my many questions. He helped us choose the best unit for our needs. We now have an efficient HVAC system keeping the house comfortable while using less energy. Thomas came out the other day to make some adjustments to the air flow. He was friendly, knowledgeable and patient. He took the time to find the sweet spot which was perfect. Matt assisted and showed sincere interest in leaning from Thomas. Excellent team at Premier!
Had a question about my units and asked if they would come out to check them out. Had an appointment within a couple of days. Technician was awesome and easily explained what my system was doing. Then made some adjustments and taught me how to better use the thermostat when it gets really cold outside to get my systems running at top performance. Great help to me! Thanks for being awesome!
Outstanding experience. We were given several different options for systems and price points. System and duct layout were thoroughly explained and options discussed. The rough-in was completed quickly and by experienced technicians who kept us informed and gave us time for decisions. Premiere is knowledgeable and professional in every aspect of installation. Another visit from Premier and, as always, they send a really terrific technician to do the maintenance on my system. Premier shows up precisely on time, they have extraordinarily professional technicians (who are also really good people), and they complete the work efficiently without me feeling like I’m being sold things I do not need. I wish there were more companies like this around.
Very impressed with Premier. They have always answered when called or call back in a reasonable amount of time (longest wait: 30 mins). They schedule work on short notice. At least the times I have called. Your mileage may vary. They have always sent out qualified, professional technicians. Very pleasant and efficient. They follow up and have returned if needed in short time. Can’t say enough to applaud such good service.
I had them install a new heat pump and everything was great. They’re transparent about the costs and the process. Ryan did a great job communicating and understanding. The install team did a good job and our new heat pump has been great. They also offered a lower quote than the other installers in the area.
